- Manage transition of news content from print edition to website

- Assisted Masters Week social media efforts across many channels
- Served as co-leader of transition process from previous website to Drupal-based news site, including training print staff to handle online work
- Served as morning online news producer responsible for site updates
- Produced video content for breaking news, features and sports coverage
- Prepared news content for online use on a portfolio of local websites
- Performed customer service duties for online and print products
